- Triple-stage in-line emulsifier pump to achieve stable emulsions in dressings and mayonnaise, and to produce smooth, finely textured, premium sauces

Plant & Equipment
Our warehouse is separated into multiple areas for easier handling of ingredients, allergens, packaging, and finished product.
The equipment in our process kitchen includes:
- Gas-fired, temperature-controlled cooking kettles and holding tanks that have scraped surface agitators and separate mixers to maximise efficiency.
- Water cooling unit to reduce the temperature in the tank if required for special ingredients.
- An in-line emulsifier pump with a triple action stator/rotor system that allows for different teeth sizes depending on your product.
- Positive displacement transfer pump.
- Piston volumetric filler that is suitable for hot filling.
- Induction sealing machine to apply aluminium pads to bottles.
We also have a designated area of our process room for the blending and repackaging of products.
Labelling / Packing and Warehousing
- Our labelling, packaging, and warehousing equipment and production capabilities include:
- Lynx Inkjet automatic date coder installed in-line on a production line conveyor.
- Automatic shrink film applicator either for plastic shrink labels or tamper evident seals.
- Hot air shrink tunnel.
- Front, back, and wrap-around labelling equipment for bottles and jars.
- Chiller unit to cool products from hot filled to temperatures below 5˚C.
- Individual products boxed and sealed with a semi-automatic carton taping machine.
- Cartons are then palletised and prepared for dispatch.
